Welcome to this spacious accommodation that welcomes you to a traditional stone house with a modern twist. Enjoy the charm that emanates from the stone walls, the wood and the comfortable furnishings and use the rooms to relax with your extended family or with couples of friends.



The enclosed inner courtyard is particularly beautiful, with garden furniture, a barbecue and a small pool, inviting you to linger, eat and relax.



Head to the coast and visit Biograd na Moru, a lively harbor town with numerous beautiful beaches and a rich history. Visit the historic old town, where you can stroll through the narrow streets and discover many beautiful places and attractions. The district next to the old town is also beautiful. With its palm trees, many colorful buildings and fabulous restaurants, it is a popular meeting place for tourists and locals alike. The hustle and bustle is best enjoyed in one of the many cafés with a view of the sea. For a change of pace, go hiking, cycling or horse riding in the nature reserve around Lake Vrana. You should also plan a day trip to Zadar, which, with its many sights, makes a visit almost unavoidable.

Top Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und renoviert ; in ruhiger Lage.Das Objekt ist sehr gut bis top ausgestattet und sauber. Sehr freundliche Besitzer, die regelmäßig ( mit Ankündigung ) kamen um den Pool und Innenhof sauber zu halten. Besonders schöne Grillecke mit großem gemauertem Grill ( Brennholz und Grillkohle inklusive ).Lage vom Haus : ruhig und trotzdem alles gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir werden das Haus in den kommenden Jahren wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Berta, es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub bei Euch...

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in Pristeg und würden auf Grund vom Haus, den Besitzern und auch den netten Nachbarn gerne wieder kommen. Wir haben es mit unserem Hund sehr genossen dass wir außerhalb waren, nur ohne Auto könnten wir es uns dort nicht vorstellen.. zu den Stränden-größeren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten-nette Restaurants am Strand usw. fährt man min. 25-30 Minuten. Ansonsten alles Tip Top und sehr zum Empfehlen 😃

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in Pristeg und würden auf Grund vom Haus, den Besitzern und auch den netten Nachbarn gerne wieder kommen. Wir haben es mit unserem Hund sehr genossen dass wir außerhalb waren, nur ohne Auto könnten wir es uns dort nicht vorstellen.. zu den Stränden/größeren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/nette Restaurants am Strand usw. fährt man min. 25-30 Minuten. Ansonsten alles Tip Top und sehr zum Empfehlen 😃
