    GROUND FLOOR



    Features a spacious living-dining room equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, and direct access to a large terrace with panoramic sea views. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The sleeping area on this level consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, single bed, and an independent bathroom with shower; and a second bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub.



    TOP FLOOR



    Houses a second living-dining room equipped with air conditioning, fridge, sink, and washing machine. The sleeping area on this floor consists of a third bedroom with a double bed, single bed, and air conditioning. This level also includes a full independent bathroom equipped with a shower.



    Both the main living room and the three bedrooms feature individual air conditioning.



    EXTERIOR



    The outdoor area is highlighted by a 9 x 3 metre private infinity pool with Roman steps and an outdoor shower facing the sea. It offers several terraces on different levels with outdoor furniture, a portable barbecue for outdoor dining, and private parking within the plot for 2 vehicles.

    Situated in an excellent second line sea location in Calpe. It is just 190 metres from the nearest cove, 750 metres from the sandy beach, 1 km from the nearest supermarket, and 5 km from Calpe town centre.
