The villa features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor, 3 with en-suite bathrooms, plus a guest WC. All bedrooms have 2-meter beds; three have twin beds that can be joined. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use.



Enjoy a spacious, bright living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, Nespresso and filter coffee makers), and a TV lounge with foosball—ideal for relaxing.



Outside, the private garden invites you to unwind with a pool (heating available for an extra fee), outdoor shower, covered and open terraces boasting beautiful sea and mountain views. A charcoal barbecue lets you enjoy meals outdoors.
