Follow the coast road while enjoying unrivalled views over the sea and its various coves and enjoy its various bars and restaurants that can be explored there. Moraira and Calpe have become major hotspots for anyone in search of the true Mediterranean feeling with their superb beaches and diverse amenities. The charm of this villa together with its magical surroundings will make it hard for you to leave this lovely spot. The drive welcomes us with parking space for 3 cars, which leads us to the other side of the villa, where a spacious terrace surrounds the private swimming pool together with sunbeds, an exterior shower, a secluded covered dining area in a wild-like surrounding due to its lively garden and a BBQ. The lively Mediterranean garden will provide you with a paradise-like holiday experience due to its well-equipped outdoor furniture. The interior of this villa is set on two storeys: from the pool level, we find direct access from the covered space into a separate apartment with a cozy living area together with an open kitchenette and one double bedroom with A/C and its shower room. External stairs lead us to the upper level of this lovely home, where a conservatory lounge welcomes us leading into a dining/living room with Sat+TV. Era el caso, así a pesar de ser muy caro reservamos. Al contactar con la agencia nos dijeron que por mascota cobraban aparte, cosa que nos molesto mucho ya que en el anuncio no informaban sobre ese costo adicional. Ademas había que ir primero a la oficina para pagar y que nos guiaran hasta la casa, cosa que al final no hicieron, solo lo de cobrar claro. También tuvimos que pagar una fianza que inflaba mas el pago inicial. Ya en la casa, la zona de la piscina bien, la planta baja de la casa es oscura. La primera planta mejor, pero la distribución de los ambientes es mala. Sólo nos proporcionaron toallas en los baños pero no para la piscina. Nada de jabón, nos dijeron que por el covid pero para mi es sólo pretexto ya que podrían hacer como en los hoteles y dar de esos jabones pequeños nuevos sin abrir. O sea hemos dormido en esas camas que quien sabe si estaban correctamente desinfectadas y nos dicen que jabón no.... En cocina igual, ni una pizca de sal o aceite. Fue extraño ver ratas paseando por la piscina ya que veníamos de otra casa en las afueras y no tuvimos esas visitas. En conclusión, nos pareció muy caro por el servicio y la atención al cliente que ofrecen. No recomiendo esta agencia, definitivamente es mejor alquilar a particulares. ##### Joshua G.
