  • Our renovated villa with private pool, heating and air conditioning on Benissa Costa is located in a residential and peaceful area. La Fustera beach 1200 m with beach bar, restaurant. Pinet beach 1000m

    It includes: three bedrooms with mosquito nets, (air conditioning and heating) a bathroom, a shower room, two toilets, a modern fully equipped kitchen open to a large, convivial living room with fireplace, HD TV, wifi
     French, British, Germanic television channel ....

    Around the private pool is a beautiful garden where children can play with a breathtaking view of the sea. A garden furniture, a ball game, a plancha and deckchairs for moments of relaxation.

    Please note July and August we only accept full weeks.
