The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Villa Monica I is a cozy holiday home located on the beautiful hillside by the Benissa coast. Enjoying a quiet and peaceful residential area, Monica I provides nice views over the charming Mediterranean hills of “Montemar”, due to its elevated position. Only a couple of Min. drive separates us from the coast where a variety of bars, restaurants, and a supermarket can be found together with the cove “ Cala Baladrar”.

By the drive, we find parking for 1 car, from where a set of stairs lead down towards a terrace with a private swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds, a BBQ, all encompassed by a tropical garden and panoramic views over the Mediterranean hills. This two-storey holiday home´s accommodation is entirely on the bottom floor, while the upper apartment remains closed and empty during the renting period. From the pool area, external stairs lead up to a cozy living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD, an A/C, and a fully equipped kitchen. We follow toward 1 double bedroom with A/C, 1 double bedroom with twin beds, and another bedroom with a single bed. All bedrooms share a shower room equipped with a washing machine.

From the parking place, stairs lead up to a sun terrace with a stone table with seats, ideal to look at the stars on the warm summer nights.
