Magnificent villa with private pool for 6 people in Moraira - Bénissa

Villa for up to 8 people. Private pool of 4 m by 10 m. The villa has an equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine. Upstairs 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It consists of a master suite with private bathroom (shower), a bedroom with a double bed and another with a bunk bed, the second bathroom (bath / shower). A laundry room with washing machine and a dryer. Outside the villa is a studio with a double bed and its bathroom (shower). There is air conditioning in all rooms. Overlooking the swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen equipped with: fridge / freezer, dishwasher, gas plancha, 2 gas burners, Senseo coffee machine, toaster. High table with 4 bar chairs plus a table and 8 chairs, all in the shade. Bed linen and household linen are provided. Wifi everywhere. Small view of the sea and mountains. 3 car parking not closed. 10 minutes by car from the center of Moraira and its sandy beaches.

Very private location with nice and green view

We enjoyed our journey very much in this spacy villa with beatifull and practical garden full of cosy corners and a splendid swimming pool

A very nice House

A very nice house with everything we needed. The house's outdoor kitchen worked perfectly, and there were plenty of cutlery, plates and glasses. The pool was great and was cleaned once a week. The communication with the owner was fine. It was safe to both arrive and leave the house. We will definitely come back.

Villa spacieuse et agréable

Villa spacieuse et agréable à vivre, correspond à la description de l’annonce. Cuisine extérieure très agréable et bien équipée. Piscine bien orientée, possibilité de se baigner à tous moment de la journée. Point négatif : Sol et surfaces poussiéreuse à notre arrivée, Entretien de la piscine seulement 1 x fois semaine ce qui est juste. Entretien des espaces extérieurs (épines de pain en quantité importante sur la terrasse et dans les escaliers ce qui peut être dangereux avec des enfants en bas-âges) Comme indiqué sur des avis précédent la villa se trouve dans une forte pente à proximité de la route et de conteneurs à poubelles (pas d’odeur) Bonne communication avec la propriétaire qui est réactive. Nous recommandons cette villa que ce soit entre amis ou en famille

Muy buena estancia

La villa es como en las fotos. Se hace vida prácticamente en la cocina de fuera ya que hay utensilios de cocina y se puede cocinar sin problema. Todo muy amplio. El estudio necesita un poco más de limpieza y huele a humedad, habría que mirar el aire acondicionado ya que gotea agua. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. La piscina muy bien de temperatura para poder bañarte a cualquier hora del día.

Une catastrophe

Le gestionnaire n était pas présent à notre arrivée, il n avait pas le temps de préparer la maison donc il a laisser les clefs dans un coffret électrique. La maison était très sale interieur comme extérieur. Nous avons passé la journée à nettoyer. Le monsieur est venu le lendemain, il nous a indiquer que c était pratique d avoir des sauces et apéritif déjà entamé dans le frigo ( appartenant au locataire précédent !!!!! ) cerise sur le gâteau, la propriétaire nous accuse d avoir du matériel dans la maison et souhaite nous facturer 200e .

Villa au top avec une cuisine extérieure ultra fonctionnelle

La villa correspond exactement à l'annonce ( photos+ descriptif). Nous avons même eu la bonne surprise de trouver un jacuzzi en arrivant ! La cuisine extérieure est géniale (Lave vaisselle, plancha, cave à vin). Le nombre d'ustensiles, de vaisselle est en grande quantité. Climatisation dans toutes les chambres et dans les pièces à vivre. Alarme dans la maison (intérieur+extérieur) Echanges avec propriétaire au top ! Encore Merci Rachel. Points négatifs : maison dans un virage en forte pente et un peu bruyant car en face des containers poubelles. Nous recommandons donc cette maison. N'hésitez pas.

Vackert hus i ett mycket lungt område.

Stort och rymligt hus där flera familjer får plats. Vi älskade poolen och uteköket där vi tillbringade många timmar med att umgås. Huset är fullt utrustade så vi saknade ingenting i huset. Bilen är nödvändig då det inte finns bra gångvägar ner till stranden.

Magnifique séjour. Tout y est pour vivre à 100% dehors (pool house, piscine, coin salon,...). Que demander de plus en été! Cuisine super équipée et fonctionnelle tant à l’intérieur qu'à l’extérieur. La villa est adaptée à tout type de famille, et ce, compris avec des enfants en bas âges. Nous y avons séjourné avec notre fils de 15 mois. La villa est proche de la plage et des lieux de curiosité. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

Situation magnifique

Très belle villa de style espagnol, l'architecture et le mobilier, entièrement rénovée. Etat impeccable et très propre. Très belles terrasses autour de la piscine, avec une très belle végétation (palmiers), sans oublier la cuisine extérieure pour les soirées. Beau patio pour les journées chaudes autour de la villa. De la terrasse à l'étage, vue partielle sur la mer. Proche de la mer et des marchés et supermarchés et de la très jolie ville et plage de Moraira. A recommander !

Superbe séjour !!!

Nous venons de passer un magnifique séjour dans la villa. Tout était parfait. La piscine est agréable avec de l'espace autour de celle-ci. Cela permet de prendre le soleil et même d'y prendre l'apéro. La cuisine extérieure nous a permis de passer d'agréables soirées au cours de notre séjour (bien qu'un peu fraiche en cette période). Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût. Le mobilier est moderne et de qualité. Le fait d'avoir très récemment rénové la villa a certainement contribué à ce magnifique séjour. Autres points importants: la piscine est bien située et nous ne sommes pas vus par les voisins. La plage est facilement accessible (pas loin). Il y a pas mal de bons restaurants (même étoilés) dans un rayon de 10 à 15 km. Je recommande volontiers la villa.
