BEAUTIFUL RENTAL VILLA IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL and for up to 6 people.

There are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with single beds) and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower). There is a fully equipped independent kitchen and a spacious and cosy living-dining room with air conditioning and fireplace. The villa is totally refurbished.
EXTERIOR: It has a plot of 1000m2 with lovely gardens and palm trees. A nice pool area and a terrace with modern outdoor furniture from where you can enjoy the afternoon sun with a drink or a swim. There's also a covered barbecue area with a summer kitchen and a large table to have your meals with friends and family, There is parking for your car.
LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area and close to the sea at just 1 km from the magnificent sandy beach of La Fosa, all shops, restaurants and bars. In that municipal area, you will enjoy different sporting activities: climbing, cycling, trekking and all water activities.
