Come and enjoy this luxury, modern holiday villa in Benissa, Fanadix, located in a quiet residential area, just 1 Km from the sea (Cala Baladrar), 1.5 Km from Cala Advocat and the Pepe La Sal supermarket, very close to Moraira. This Mediterranean style villa has an unobstructed view (slightly sea view), lots of sun (on the Southeast) and lots of privacy. Ideal for a vacation with the family or friends.
The space
Casa Esquina has two independent floors. The main house on the first floor has two spacious bedrooms, both with air conditioning, a large bathroom, a beautiful, fully equipped open kitchen, living room (with integrated fireplace) and a beautiful veranda (covered terrace) that connects to a large outdoor terrace where we find a beautiful kidney-shaped pool, a pleasant summer dining area with barbeque and a wonderful chill-out relaxation area. The guest studio on the ground floor consists of a spacious bedroom, a large bathroom and modern kitchen-dining room (all open). The house has central heating and air conditioning (hot and cold). The beautifully landscaped offers a lot of privacy. There is an outdoor large parking for multiple vehicles.
