Family Only Villa "Perla Del Mar" with Sea View, Private Pool & Private Terraces

  • Located in Benissa and very close to Calpe, the villa "Perla del Mar" offers guests a fantastic view of the sea as well as direct access to the beach. The 2-storey property consists of two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (with bathtubs and showers) and one ensuite jetted bathtub, as well as an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 10 people. In addition, there is also a dedicated playroom for children. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office workers, 3 TVs (1 Astra Satellite), heating and air conditioning in all bedrooms and both living rooms, fans throughout the house, as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available and towels and linen changes can be requested for an additional fee. In addition, a table tennis table, a private gym and gym equipment are available for your use.
