The flat is located on the lower floor of a house and offers direct access to the pool area and an outdoor barbecue, ideal for relaxing evenings outdoors. The upper floor is unoccupied, so you have your privacy.

The holiday flat has 100 m² of living space, two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea, the mountains and the Peñón de Ifach. The quiet residential area and proximity to various beaches make the location perfect for families.

The property is only 2 km from the pebble beach "Cala Advocat" and also 2 km from the sandy beach "Cala Baladrar", making it an ideal base for beach lovers.

The garden with garden furniture, the fenced plot and the terrace invite you to linger. A washing machine and an iron/ironing board are at your disposal, as well as an outdoor barbecue for cosy barbecue evenings. For your entertainment and comfort, there is an internet connection (WLAN), a television and air conditioning.

The kitchen is modern and open-plan, with a gas hob and extensive equipment, including a fridge, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a juicer. Everything you need to feel at home and prepare delicious meals is provided.

The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets so that you can sleep undisturbed. A hairdryer is also available. The outdoor car park on the property offers space for your vehicle.

Como en un sueño

Nos enamoramos de las fotos en la pagina web, pero ni punto de comparacion a la sensación de satisfacción al ver que el alojamiento era mil veces mejor en persona. Nos dijeron que salia de una reciente refforma y ninguna sorpresa nos llevamos, fue tod genial. Nos surgieron algunas dudas con el funcionamietno y con una gran sonrisa nos resolvieron todas las dudas. Trato muy agradable y profesional. Hemos reservado para el siguiente verano.
