For what we needed it was fine, was disappointed that I was expected to pay money on arrival which was not in listing, still waiting for Vrbo to sort but not being very helpful!! Communication with host was poor!! Lifts got regularly stuck so often had to walk 14 floors, one day friends got stuck in lift for 30mins, overall a lovely holiday as we made the most of it, but would not stay here again !
