Well, I had a bad experience in the first day. I had an ocean view with balcony. My air conditioner was broken. They switched my room twice until finally had a good room on my last night. I really believe the place is under staffing and needs more customers service.

Food was delicious,staff was very friendly and helpful,every night were diffrent performances for kids and adults like white party,retro show etc.
The hotel need renovation and a refresh; there was no ventilation in the bathroom, there was mold in some places, and the bathtub was worn and scratched.
