The Finest met all our expectations. They treated all guests with respect and were friendly and courteous. They anticipated our requests and kept the mini fridge fully stocked and always provided us with sufficient towels and amenities. The only negative was that this time of year there is a lot of sargassum at the beach. However the staff was consistently trying to minimize the buildup. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting other Excellence properties.
