Grocery 100 m, restaurant, bus stop, sandy beach 200 m. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, minigolf 50 m, cable car 5 km. Nearby attractions: Tivoli World, Mariposario, See World, See Life. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
