Spacious 1-bedroom apartment with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, community satellite TV (international channels and satellite are managed by the community, so Benalcoast Properties is not responsible and has no control over lack or loss of signal), large sunny terrace with side views of the sea, Bil-Bil castle and the boardwalk. The kitchen includes: ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric water heater, toaster, etc. Bedding (sheets and towels) is included. Elevator in the residential complex. Full access to common areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, sun loungers (with supplement), the bar, pool bar, restaurant, game room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor, open from Monday to Sunday. Extras not included in the reservation: Entry before 15h or 16h (depending on general or high season): 20€ Late checkout: Price to be consulted, variable by season. Under request and subject to availability. Extra towels: 5€ (1 set of 1 hand towel and 1 body towel) Extra sheets: 5€ for a set of top sheet, bottom sheet and 2 pillowcases. Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible. POOLS: Complex with 5 pools and park with water slides! Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaids' pool (heated to 23°). The opening hours of swimming pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, and we cannot accept claims for this reason or for the closure of the pools. There is a supermarket located in the urbanization, open every day, on the ground floor. Are you coming with a baby? No problem, we will provide a crib (check the supplement). PARKING: Parking space according to availability. Community satellite television, subject to the community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss. Gym in the building, with supplement, to be paid directly at the gym. Tourist options in Benalmádena: \- Benalmádena Sea Life Aquarium - Located in the Benalmádena marina, it is a shark conservation and protection center opened in 1995\. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe. \- Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and Penguin - Park that houses the only Dolphinarium and Ice Penguins in Andalusia. There are 1.3 km from the Arroyo de la Miel station to Benalbeach: the Atenas gym is located in the urbanization with daily and weekly rates that you can check directly with them. Great location, great beaches, bars and restaurants all in walking distance. Shop downstairs has everything you need for meals in the apartment. Pool is great and no need to hire chairs as the grass is good. Umbrella in the apartment too which we took to the beach.
