The apartment is located in a quiet area with several restaurants and bars a short walk away. There is also a gym, sports facilities with paddle and tennis, as well as several golf courses, all within a 5-minute drive. The Space: At the beach, there is also a popular beach club, typical of the Marbella area, with good food, a pool, and beachfront. It's called Max Beach. When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by a bright and newly renovated apartment with a fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and much more to cook on holiday. Furthermore, you enter the living room with a dining group for 4 people, a comfortable sofa bed that becomes a double bed, smart TV. Then you come out to the lovely balcony where you have a nice dining group overlooking the pool. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and an A / C, and there is a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with AC in each room, WIFI, smart TV and washing machine, coffee maker and much more. The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The house is in the foreground, and there is no elevator. The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person. To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products.
