A beautiful, spacious living-dining room—bright and quiet—features a 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, and free Wi-Fi, perfect for working remotely if needed during your holiday, along with a double sofa bed. It has two separate bedrooms with built-in closets; bedding is included in the price. The master bedroom features a 32-inch TV with the same services mentioned in the living room. The bathroom has an 80-liter electric water heater, and towels and a basic toiletries kit are included. The kitchen is fully equipped down to the smallest detail, with a breakfast bar, microwave, combi-fridge, glass-ceramic cooktop, and washing machine.

You have access to the swimming pools (from June 1 to September 30, approximately, depending on COVID-19 regulations) and the community’s landscaped areas; the complex also features an on-site bar. The complex has security cameras at the entrances and a 24-hour reception desk. We do not have on-site parking, but there is a parking area in front of the building and in the surrounding area.

We hand over the keys in person, maintaining a safe distance and wearing a mask. Guests must wear a mask when picking up the keys. We sanitise our hands with alcohol—both we and the guests—when we arrive at the apartment.

We’ll help you plan the perfect holiday. This is a very quiet residential area with excellent transport links, including a taxi rank and bus stop, as well as 24-hour security and concierge service. In the surrounding area, you’ll find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, a tourist office, banks, a post office, and everything else you might need just a few metres away. No need to drive.

Parking is available for €6 per day; check availability—payment is made in cash upon arrival.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; it is only allowed on the terrace. Pets are also not allowed. We have a special cleaning and disinfection protocol in place, with new measures adopted due to the current COVID-19 situation. We perform a special anti-COVID cleaning, using specialised disinfection products and air purification before the arrival of the next guests. Pets are also not allowed, and subletting the apartment to third parties is not permitted.
