"This hotel deserves 10/10 rate for the excellent service, location, price, views, breakfast, cleanliness, and above all the staff. What makes this hotel great is the staff especially mentioned Frankie. I took the ferry from Malta to Gozo and I arrived late straight from the airport. I failed to message Frankie about my expected arrival. Frankie waited for me patiently and this was almost 11pm. The reception is not 24 hours. He waited for me and greeted me with a smile, helped me with my luggage, took me to my room (top floor penthouse) and left after checking me in. The next day he greeted me with a huge smile and gave me some suggestions on how to get around by bus. He is very knowledgeable. He is very attentive and he is quick to respond to your inquiries. He helped me with dinner reservation and camino day trip, assisted me with bolt for transport and food delivery, and willingly drove me to the harbour (not once but twice) because bolt seemed to be difficult or in demand. On my departure, he drove me to the harbour, handed me breakfast takeaway packed neatly, and wished me bon voyage. He exceeds guest's expectations. I see how he treats every guest with the same respect and kindness. He is definitely an asset why the rating is consistently high. Read people's reviews and compliments about the receptionist- all praise for Frankie. Everything about this hotel is excellent. If you want a comfortable and quality stay, this is the one. "I wanted a quiet few days in Gozo - I didn't have a car so picked this hotel for convenience to ferries and buses. I opted for a room with a terrace/sun loungers. I had a really large room on 8th floor, with spectacular views over the harbour, great air conditioning, huge comfortable bed. We also had a large round bath in the room which I wasn't expecting. The infinity pool was beautiful, stunning views and jacuzzi area. Staff were all lovely - we didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Would highly recommend this hotel especially if you book a room with terrace!"

"Fantastic apartment! Very comfortable for our family of four. It's a very well equipped and spotlessly clean apartment. We appreciated having towels for the swimming pool as well as the normal bath towels. The Nespresso machine was also a welcome addition. Air conditioning worked well, free secure parking and plenty of space to relax around the enormous swimming pools.Tony was an outstanding host, welcoming us on arrival and showing us Fort Chambray. The complementary wine and cheese and crackers was great! Tony was excellent at communicating, especially when an unexpected maintenance issue occurred. He dealt with it immediately and even on a Sunday night during a festival weekend!The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Gozo and for easy trips to Malta, as it's right by the harbour. Nowhere takes too long to get to on Gozo from the apartment and parking your car in the underground car park is very straightforward.We had a very relaxing holiday!We all highly recommend this apartment and would love to return!"

"Beautiful villa with a lovely pool, ideal for two adults and two older teens. Conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the local beach, with many other stunning beaches and attractions reachable within 30 to 45 minutes by car.A handy tip: keep plenty of 1 and 2 euro coins on hand to prepay for the air conditioning, which typically costs around 2 to 4 euros per night. The host was very responsive to any questions, and we were thoroughly impressed with the villa’s quality and condition. It’s situated in a peaceful neighborhood - despite the locals’ enthusiastic fireworks during their fiesta week!We couldn’t recommend this villa more highly, nor the beautiful island of Gozo itself."

"This home is amazing! It exudes Mediterranean charm! The accommodations are spacious and offer everything necessary to have a relaxing stay. The location can't be beat. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal, many restaurants, bus stops, and the town square. The views from every terrace are stunning. The only dilemma is choosing which terrace to sit on for morning coffee, afternoon Happy Hour, or evening nightcaps. Frank is the perfect host! We can't say enough good things about him. He was always ready, willing, and able to help us in any way possible to ensure we had the most enjoyable stay, from transporting us to and from the ferry terminal upon arrival and departure to providing a wealth of information about Malta and Gozo. Without any hesitation, we highly recommend this property!"
