The food is delicious. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff are very friendly.
I love the view. But rooms are a bit old.
I would definitely go again
My only concern was the outside stairs at the inn and the lack of an area to sit out on the second floor. The property is beautiful with plenty of amenities and the restaurant was quite good.

I like the restaurant, water facing !! Close to the beach!! But rest of the facility is getting old need maintenance!!
Room was clean property was amazing. Easily walk to beach. Westlake is a special place in time to visit. Not thrilled with the room above ours could hear people walking. Overall beautiful place to visit.
It was the perfect location for our little getaway. Room was great, direct access to West Lake, pool on-site, great food at the restaurant, simple check in and check out. We were even able to rent a boat close by without driving.

Liked: Staff & service
The staff on the reception desk and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful.
The room was a little dusty, the carpet was ripped in places.
There was a ‘trapdoor’ which was odd and unsettling.
Beautiful setting and lots of open green space.
This hotel exceeded my expectations, however, my expectations were low to begin with, but i do not regret booking this stay at all for my family. The room was nice and clean. Have to say they have excellent food in the restaurant and the service is also good, due to long weekend i think they just got a little overwhelmed because of the excess crowd. The pool was really nice and clean, however, they should build a changing room and a shower place at the pool and near the beach too.
All the staff went out of there way to be helpful and pleasant in all area. Rooms are dated but clean bed was clean and comfortable pool was warm and clean beach needs a but of work clean the incoming weeds but had so e good rain storms so would have stirred up stuff so not their fault..all i. All a fantastic stay
The staff and the location was great ! I recommend.

I was shocked there was no ice machine, they sell bags for $7. Our room at
The Inn was very small and was located near the basement and smelled musty. The pool was a bonus. I can’t speak for the restaurant as we ate elsewhere. I wish I could have enjoyed my birthday there more, but I don’t think I’ll return
We enjoyed the property. Great view of the water. Ice was expensive ($4.50 plus tax).

Cool restaurant with nice view, decent choice of appetizers/entrees, and excellent choice of local wine for you to discover. We were staying at the resort so we ate there twice and really enjoyed, though service was average. Our room was newly renovated so it was quite nice, but housekeeping was average over the four days we stayed. Our building was OK outside, some other ones looked like they were ready to fall apart. Location is perfect if you are planning to visit the beach for a few days.
The resort itself was nice. Good amenities. Good buffet breakfast (not included). Staff were friendly.
The room was dirty. Stains on carpets. Black mold in bathroom, spiders, dead flies everywhere. Front door didn’t properly close tight - can see where critters are entering. Definitely NOT a 500$ a night room.

The room was clean and spacious, with a good bed. We had a renovated room. The wifi - non-existent! There was an ice bucket but no ice machine. The tennis courts were completely dilapidated.
The place has a nice atmosphere. Felt like a summer camp. The restaurant was very good.
All together for a few nights it was very comfortable, but if you want wifi, forget it!
This resort is very run down, and you can tell management does not take pride in the property and it shows. It was very quiet on a long weekend. I feel bad for the staff waiting around for guests. Room door could barely open due to lack of maintenance, shower was tiny and very run down. They should not be charging the prices they are. I would not recommend this property to anyone and I will not be returning.
The first room we were assigned was not near anything like those that were posted on the website. It was like a small humid cave…tiny little window, hallway carpet was stained and disgusting.
The desk staff tried very hard to give us an update and were super pleasant.
Then we moved to Lodge 2…a bit better but again was not at all like the photos that were posted on their website.
The food was delicious…very expensive and the beach was outstanding, especially for small kids and families.
