"It would be kind of the owners to tell you that when you arrive at the accommodation, you must leave your car in the parking lot and hike to the trailer to get into the lock box, go back to your car so that you can open the gate to get to your accommodation. The same in reverse when you leave, you must use the gate opener, park your car and hike back to the lock box. There is no dishwasher, which would’ve been helpful. There is no toaster or hairdryer. "This hotel exceeded my expectations. To the male staff member who checked us in at around 11pm at night: a massive thank you from us both. We appreciated your warm welcome, free chocolates and free drinks vouchers The room you gave us was fantastic. Very comfortable bed and amazing views on 23rd floor. The room and indeed the hotel premises in general was spotlessly clean. Breakfast- great variety of food very tasty. We especially liked the selection of freshly made smoothies, nut selection and lots of vegan options. The spa was fantastic also, kept very clean while we were there, hottest sauna I have been in and the views from there were the best part of my experience We give the hotel 10/10 we will definitely return soon for a longer stay"

"Beautiful hotel and excellent location, especially if travelleing by train from Brussels airport. Literally a 1 min walk from the station exit! So close to the sqaure and buzzing atmosphere around the area! Lovely room and comfy bed. Would stay again! Thank you so much for a lovely trip for our first stay in Belgium! "
