Kachel kapot, deur kast ontbrak, lampen kapot en stonk. Na ons beklag te hebben gedaan is dit super opgepakt en kregen we een luxere caravan aangeboden. Deze was schoon, fris en bood veel conform. Personal muy borde. En la reserva especifica obligación a pagar por las toallas y las sábanas. Pues no entran las toallas. Las reclamamos y nos dijeron error de expedita. Que si queríamos que las pagaremos. Al final acordamos que nos las dejarían en el bungalow. Cuál fue nuestra sorpresa. Nunca nos las pusieron. No tenían para 4 personas. Vergonzoso. To the male staff member who checked us in at around 11pm at night: a massive thank you from us both. We appreciated your warm welcome, free chocolates and free drinks vouchers The room you gave us was fantastic. Very comfortable bed and amazing views on 23rd floor. The room and indeed the hotel premises in general was spotlessly clean. Breakfast- great variety of food very tasty. We especially liked the selection of freshly made smoothies, nut selection and lots of vegan options.
