Close to airport and underground.

Posted 16-Jul-2016
Pros: Parking Proximity to Heathrow
This was a good place plan accommodation for colleagues travelling from different countries. Parking available and close to the underground. Good facilities and nice lounge and coffee area by the lobby.

Pros: I stay here for the location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.
Cons: My only issue was that the bed in my room squeaked like mad from just sitting on it or turning over.
Location: One of my favourite locations to stay in Belfast - right at the top of Botanic Avenue, with access to bars, cafes, restaurants and Queen's University.
Good hotel for the price - have stayed here before and will stay again. The staff are lovely and super friendly, especially the bartender Thomas. The rooms are kept very clean.

Nice hotel close to train station

Posted 23-Jun-2016
Cons: Air conditioning unit was bit noisy
Nice hotel in a good location not too far from train and bus station, very friendly and helpful staff. If come to Belfast again would definitely consider this hotel. Quite a good choice of food places within walking distance.

Basic, but comfortable hotel

Posted 20-Jun-2016
Pros: The staff and the clean room.
Cons: The cooked breakfast could be improved and the toaster didn't work.
Location: Handy location. I was able to walk each day to the Waterfront in a bout 20 minutes.
The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was basic, but the bed was comfy and I slept well each night. All facilities worked. I was impressed that guests can get a continental breakfast from 4.00 am, which helps when you have to leave for an early flight.

Excellent Hotel Staff

Posted 20-Jun-2016
Pros: wonderful hotel staff
Cons: slight musty smell, but the air conditioner worked well to get rid of it.
Location: 10-15 min from Belfast city center---for all those tours! And many places to eat right around the hotel.
Every single hotel staff member we encountered were wonderful. They allowed me to print tickets I needed on their computer free of charge. They brought a new hair dryer to use right to my door when the one in the room did not work. When we forgot our keys and locked ourselves out, they were very understanding and kind. They made us a new key in a few seconds. We checked-in early and we did not have to wait since the room was ready for us. Check-out also went smoothly. While this is a budget hotel, it is a good location for food (and a 10-15 min walk from city center). The bathroom was a bit small, but the room was comfortable and well worth the stay.

Great location to walk around Belfast

Posted 10-Jun-2016
Pros: Everything worked. It was clean and bright. The hotel has a small bar that was a good hang out. Local papers were available. Staff were excellent.
Cons: USB plugs in the rooms would be helpful and the hairdryer cut-out after a few seconds of use - minor details.
Location: The Queens University location was good. Everything you need is right nearby. It's a lively area but still quiet enough to sleep at night.
The staff were great from the moment we arrived. We got in early - no problem our room was ready. We had problems charging our electronics - Simon kept finding us connectors until we got what we needed. We wanted advice on where to eat or how to get somewhere - Manager Thomas gave us great tips and provided light entertainment in between excursions.

Pros: Good price, comfortable, clean, nice staff
Cons: Consider re-flooring the bath pods or industrially cleaning every so often as it is not something the regular cleaners would necessarily have time for
Location: Was quite out of the City but there were lots of bars, places to eat nearby. The Belfast gardens were also very close and made a lovely evening stroll
Hotel staff very friendly and efficient. Came up within 5 minutes when I called reception to request another towel since they had only left one set of towels in our double room. Friendly receptionist made us feel welcome. The bathroom pod was OK but I was bit uneasy as there is no separation on the floor between toilet and shower. The toilet floor of the pod smelt of pee even though it did look clean but I suspect it was engrained in the material of the floor which made the bathroom feel a bit unclean even though it had most definitely been cleaned.

Disabled room not wheelchair friendly especially if travelling alone. Cleaning was disappointing and don't get me started on the shower
