Very comfortable, convenient hotel.

Posted 18-Nov-2016
Pros: Convenience, value for money, comfort & cleanliness.
Location: Near a good selection of cafes & shops. Close to Welcome Belfast office, right in City Centre, handy for buses to Titanic Centre.
Staff were welcoming, efficient & helpful. The rooms were quiet, clean, very comfy beds. The hotel was very convenient and central, just 5 minutes walk from the City Halls and an easy walk from the Europa Bus station, where the shuttle bus from the City Airport arrives.

Ideal for City Centre

Posted 17-Nov-2016
This hotel is in an ideal position for a city break as it is so close to the many attractions of Belfast. ie City Bus Tour, The Belfast Arena, Titanic Exhibition and Shopping Centres. Would certainly recommend as a good priced city break.

Excellent location and hotel

Posted 14-Nov-2016
Pros: *very* central to Belfast, spotlessly clean, good facilities
Cons: Not a big deal but every time we went to check in/out, leave bags etc there was a long-ish queue at reception. It might be an idea to put on more staff at busy times.

All city centre attractions in walking distance

Posted 07-Nov-2016
Pros: Situation and staff
Cons: -
Location: all Titanic venues easily reached in walking distance and local breakfast bars and pubs proved ideal. close to the main shops too
Clean and very friendly staff give this hotel a head start and being close to many of the city attractions certainly makes life a bit easier. staff tips on where to eat and enjoy a drink were on the money. I intend to book it again for my next visit before Christmas.

Very nice hotel for a city centre

Posted 29-Oct-2016
Pros: Near the centre and all things to visit.
Cons: More tea and coffee in room to start with.
Location: As I said in the centre and near to all attractions or the buses to get there.
We stayed here for a mid week city break. It was lovely and clean the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was worth every penny and nice and hot. The room was lovely and clean and comfy to the lady who changed it was very thorough and even asked us if we needed anything extra. Over all a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel close to Belfast City Center

Posted 18-Oct-2016
Pros: Hotel was well located. Well appointed. Food was good and small bar area God place to relax after a day of sight seeing.
Cons: Little better care of cleaning of floor under bed. Dust bunnies OK at home maybe but not in hotel with wood floors. An ATM in the lobby would also be
Location: Catholic church away. Kelly's pub block and a half away with fish shop next door (best fish and chips around). Wall murals of Belfast short walk away.
Location made for easy access to pubs, restaurants, and first Catholic church in Belfast. Easy walk to all of downtown or use the hop on hop off to see sights. Walking tour of city and"Troubles" was very interesting with both sides talked about.

Great hotel!

Posted 07-Oct-2016
Pros: Within walking distance to main attractions in Belfast, clean and modern, and parking right across the street
Cons: Its location. The immediate neighborhood is a little rough, or at least shows signs of it. Shops are closed early and all have steel shutters.
Location: Walking distance to shops and restaurants, but the area where the ibis is located is a little rough.
