"A bit surreal, the place was devoid of staff, night or day! The room was clean but tiny and very sparse of comfort, which is OK for one night but does not match the price. Also the name Airport Lodge is deceptive, it is 10' ride by taxi and that was 16 pounds. The following day i tried the local bus but it came 45´ late. At least, it was only 2 pounds. "

"Nice hotel and location just of A12 so easy for onward travel. Nice rooms clean and comfortable and a reasonable selection of evening food. The Breakfast is good too. I’ll certainly be staying there again next time around and would definitely recommend."

"Everything was lovely. The room was a standard room, but very nice, clean, with everything you could want and well laid out. The hotel has a lovely feel, very calm and peaceful and relaxing. Upmarket, but in a nice way, where you feel at ease and comfortable. Staff are lovely, nothing too much trouble, extra pillows, towels etc. if you need them. I asked for non-feather pillows/bedding, which was done with no problems. The pool and sauna were lovely, with excellent opening times. The restaurant food is excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and stay here again."

"The hotel is bang in the middle of town and the staff are friendly, the shower is good but could use more pressure and the bed is comfy. The breakfast was the best breakfast i have had at a hotel. The Air con system has no effect on the temperature of the room and the window in our room was broken. The hotel is also over the road from a night club and is very noisy till 2am and then at 6am the bin men start up at outside. this is not the hotels fault but if you want a good night's sleep you won't find it here. "

Everything was fresh, high quality, and served with the same attentive care we experienced the night before. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with lovely views of the surrounding grounds—making it very easy to unwind and enjoy the peaceful setting. "
