Access is available via the terrace or the front entrance: Kitchen area with a fully equipped, built-in kitchen, table, and chairs, offering direct access to the private terrace; next is a vaulted living area with a sofa, TV, table, and chairs; separate bathroom with a sink; 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 140x190) with its own 6 m² covered terrace, and a bathroom open to the bedroom (shower, sink). Electric heating in the bedroom and bathroom. Laundry area across from the cottage with a private washing machine, sink, and vacuum cleaner. Covered carport. Shared, unfenced property of 10,000 m². Private terrace of 17 m² with patio furniture, a parasol, and sun loungers. Option to rent the “Gîte des Vignes” (46G12541) for 4 people on the same property, with no direct line of sight to neighbouring homes. Pets allowed. Accommodation not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
