It extends over 4 floors including a charming TV room and a balcony overlooking the village. On the top floor is an extra bedroom and a games room with pool table. The swimming pool at the back offers plenty of privacy, complete with terrace. For questions, you can contact the caretaker. There is even a meal and breakfast service available on site! Strolling through charming Duravel, you soon discover a local café/restaurant and even a small supermarket. Just 5 km away is Puy l'Evêque with its beautiful medieval centre, several restaurants and a large supermarket. On Friday mornings, Prayssac offers a lively farmers' market, while on Saturday mornings you can stroll around Cahors' extensive market. After a tasty lunch in the old town, admire the Pont Valantré. There were only 5 sun beds for 6 guests. Each guest got 1 small inadequate towel. The garden hadn’t been touched, if at all, in many months. Plants were dead, weeds everywhere but especially bad on the rear terrace, where we ate in the evening and around the swimming pool. Äußerst großzügige Raumverhältnisse, gediegenes Interieur, authentisches Design und reichhaltige Ausstattung in allen Belangen ließen uns vier Personen (Paar mit zwei erwachsenen Söhnen) leben wie Gott in Frankreich. Unser jüngster Sohn kocht sehr gerne und konnte sich am Gasherd voll verwirklichen. Unser ältester Sohn studiert noch und nutzte das bezauberde Büro. Als Paar haben wir die schönen Schlafräume genossen und natürlich das gut dimensionierte Pool. Der Ort ist zauberhaft und hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht: Ein Geschäft, eine Trafik, eine Bäckerei und eine Bar/Rastaurant - alles fußläufig in 3 bis 4 Minuten zu erreichen. Man trifft dann am Abend auch den Besitzer des Geschäfts in der Bar und am Morgen die Verkäuferin von der Bäckerei in der Trafik, wo sie der Besitzerin der Trafik einen Cafe bringt. Wer entspannen will hat hier die absolut richtige Adresse! Ein großes Lob den perfekt Englisch sprechenden HausbetreuerInnen Celine und Mat: Auf die wenigen Anfragen die wir hatten (Elektrizität) haben sie prompt und kompetent reagiert, und vor allem sehr sympathisch! La décoration de la maison est raffinée. La piscine est d’une taille très confortable avec un accès sécurisé. Par contre nous avons eu qq désagréments. A priori de nombreuses choses avaient été cassées par les précédents locataires. Les 2 lave vaisselle étaient en mauvais état. Le frigo ne marchait pas. Heureusement Céline et Mat ont été réactifs pour nous dépanner. La douche de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas Tous le joint de piscine avait été arraché. La propreté de la piscine laissait à désirer. Le billard était en mauvais état Toutes les moustiquaires étaient inutilisables. Même si le lieu est incroyable, le prix de la location est un peu excessif pour les prestations intérieures. Man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass die Weinreben an den Außenwänden viele stechende Insekten anziehen. Mein Enkelkind hatte in einer Woche 46 Mückenstiche, obwohl wir ihn gut mit Autan eingerieben hatten.
