Very dated hotel, although generally clean the floors in the room and toilet were filthy. All the furniture is really dated and worn, beds creak, cabinets have loose fittings and worn surfaces. Restaurant is dated and tables dirty. Food was ok but extremely overpriced.

This hotel is nowhere near acceptable. The property is unfinished, unsafe, and misleadingly advertised. Our room had no air conditioning, no ventilation, and windows that could not open, leaving us trapped in suffocating heat for two nights. Basic toiletries were missing, and reception repeatedly insisted the hotel “never advertised” providing them — or air conditioning. The Jacuzzi was unusable, producing only dangerously hot water with no temperature control. The back of the hotel is covered in scaffolding and dilapidated, incomplete structures. Management was never available, and staff repeated scripted lines instead of offering solutions. Worst of all, the hotel uses AI‑enhanced photos to disguise the true condition of the rooms and deceive guests.
