Located opposite the train station in a fully renovated building, this large, newly refurbished, air-conditioned two-room apartment on the ground floor is sure to delight you. You can park your vehicle in the private car park of the residence. The exceptional brightness of this apartment, coupled with its large, south-facing 20 m² terrace, makes it a very pleasant, quiet and warm place to live. It comprises a living room, a fully equipped, separate kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. The bright, contemporary living room has an extendable table, four comfortable chairs and a sofa bed. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with high-quality bedding. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower (120x80 cm) and a separate toilet with a washing machine.
