1. This house is in quiet residential area. We welcome respectful guests who will treat our neighborhood and our place as their home. This means that respectful friendly gatherings are OK. That said, loud and/or wild parties are strictly forbidden. Any sign of disturbance, loud music & noise, including disturbance reported by neighbors, is a violation of the house rules.

2. If you are booking the place for someone else and you won't be physically present during the reservation, please let us know about it. We will need the information of the person that is staying in the house, as well as a copy of their ID.

3. We recommend all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation is strict, and we will uphold our cancellation policy in any types of events.

4. Check-in for guests is AFTER 4pm, and check-out is 11am on the day of departure. May-September is our high season, due to back to back turns we can not offer any early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in may be possible with additional fee during the rest of the year, please check availability with your host. In the event that extensive cleaning and/or repairs are required, check-in may be delayed until after 5:00 p.m.
