Amazing hotel, kind staff, clean room and very large and tasteful breakfast.

I had a great stay, made even better by excellent customer service when I had a problem. Without this it could have been a really bad stay. Really comfortable room and well appointed. My overall impression though was of a team that look after and care about their guests.

The staff were amazing as was the hotel

Had great rooms with balconies looking over lovely gardens. The pool

Brilliant and unusual hotel in Old Lyon - wonderful service - quirky and unusual rooms - and the best Concierge in the world! We had a superb meal in Les Loges and another lovely meal at L'Epicerie but from the moment we arrived we had wonderful advice and assistance from Gerard - the amazing Concierge - he made the holiday for us and his suggestions for sightseeing, etc. were invaluable.

Had an amazing 5 night stay at the hotel. The interior is beautiful and clean. Our stay coincided with my girlfriend's 30th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make the day special for her. The spa facilities are also great and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The hotel is in an ideal location and great for shopping and proximity to restaurants. I can't recommend the hotel enough 10/10.

Perfect in all ways, friendly staff, smart appearance, very cosy ,old world in an appealing way. We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely return.

Lyon is a foody's paradise with hundreds of top class restaurants. Visit les Halles for an amasing food shopping experience. Limited tourist attractions but an interesting old town generously populated with restaurants and quality shops. Sofitel is perfectly situated between the rivers Rhone and Saone.
