Amazing hotel, kind staff, clean room and very large and tasteful breakfast.

Seamless check in - polite & v pleasant staff member on reception who gave us information & directions with regard to charging the car & places to eat as it was a Sunday night & not many places open. Excellent large room ideal for us travelling with our dog. Dog bowls & toy also provided in the room which was a nice touch along with a complimentary bottle of water & well stocked coffee & tea facilities. I had a great stay, made even better by excellent customer service when I had a problem. Without this it could have been a really bad stay. Really comfortable room and well appointed. My overall impression though was of a team that look after and care about their guests.

Quick overnight stay when driving from UK to alps. Perfect for what we needed as a family of four

Amazing hotel, architecturally stunning and beautiful. The rooms are minimilist and functional but very clean. Bed was great. Only minor issue: toilet was separate from the bathroom and I had a real squeeze to get into the shower due to the way the door opened. The hotel is in the old town high up. Whilst it is only 5 minutes or so from the funicular railway, it's still a schlep to get into the city centre. Personally, the quality of the hotel and the views made the journey worthwhile.
