"The staff was very pleasant, professional and yet very warm and welcoming. The rooms /cottages were absolutely lovely with a wonderful southern charm in their decor, the extra touch provided in the furnishings and all the extra amenities too. Perfect cooling & heating unit that was very quiet and easy to operate, ceiling fans, USB plug ins for phone charging and a great TV with plenty of channels to suit everyone as well.The breakfast was a very nice array of hot & cold breakfast items to suit all appetites. "

"Parking was easy. There were some minor repairs going on that shut down two floors on one side. Other than that, all was good."

"Reserved a handicapped room. Arrived and the elevator was not working. Why have handicapped rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor? Arrived at room 230 to find the toilet not working. The water had been shut off! House keeping got the water turned on. Only to find the fitting was leaking. Unable to fix so they provided towels. By 4:00 the entire room was covered in 1/2 water. Unacceptable! "
