It’s about 10 min drive to downtown or Port Royal. The house is very clean, but needs a little TLC with some of the maintenance of items like furnishings, fixtures, and lights due to wear and tear over time. It was a very easy process, everything was clean and as described. Instructions for check in and check out came in a timely manner, they were easy to understand and follow. The only thing we did not see was the hot tub, but we ended up being too busy to use it. The house was very clean and updated on the inside. Everything the listing stated was what we found. We had four family members coming from different parts of the Southeast coming for our son's graduation from boot camp. Having the guest house for my in laws was very nice because they have a small dog, and the owner was able to accommodate us with their pet. We had 8 people in the home, and it is large enough where it didn't feel cramped at all. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. We had one issue with the heater working in the guest house. The owner came right out to address and fix the heating situation. If we couldn't get this some booked, I would stay at another one of his properties in the future. ##### Damian J.
