"The refrigerator would not stay cold. Made it difficult to keep medication cold. I had to buy a cooler to do so. There were no garbage bags in the waste baskets. Luckily,I had Walmart bags, since I had to purchase a cooler, to place in baskets. Some icky stuff corroded on the front side of the desk. We cleaned it off. "There was a 2 hour wait to check in because of a power outage and the desk person trying to get ahold of tech support. When he finally did, everything was good. The room was clean. Breakfast on Monday had eggs and sausage, but the sausage was very dry. Had to wait for the orange juice to be refilled. Nobody at the desk when I went to checkout, so I just left the key cards. I will book here again because it’s centrally located with the mall and restaurants."
