"The place is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Great beds, great showers. The parking is a bit sketchy for boat trailers. There’s a photo in the gallery of the side yard- which leads people to believe that’s included in where to take your dog to use the restroom. We were asked to avoid that area as it is used by the permanent renters. And that’s perfectly fine, but the photo should be taken out so there’s no confusion on what area of the yards to use. There’s no worthwhile fishing to be done from the dock. You’ll need a very long water hose and extension cord for boat maintenance. The AC works great inside the house. Very nice kitchen. Could use more coffee cups and a slightly larger coffee maker. We loved the very close proximity of the public boat ramp. Overall- we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. Chris is very nice and available for help if needed."

"This VRBO property was made our stay in Pensacola, FL very enjoyable! From the location, to the coziness, to the cleanliness of the home, my family was happy. It’s smaller, but was perfect for my family of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids). My kids loved the bunk beds; they were full sized which was great! The location was perfect as well. We enjoyed sitting out on both the upper and lower level balconies to enjoy the scenery. We had one hiccup upon arrival where our entry code did not work. When I called the host and she didn’t answer, her husband called back immediately and resolved the issue. He even stayed on the phone to ensure we were able to get into the property. This was nice. I would for sure recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, modern, cozy place to stay."
