"Check in was horrible and unfriendly. The lady was new so the man helped and he showed no respect and acted like I should know everything about the procedure. I felt like I was inconveniencing him. After two hours from arrival we finally sat down but not to eat as the restaurants were then closed or needed reservations. Problems, check-in location, no information at beginning where parking garage door is, finding parking spot, no guidance to room location, assistance by phone on hold over 15 minutes, fireplace didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush completely. Room alone was very nice and clean with washer dryer and full kitchen. Payment taken one week before with surprising information that parking was required and cost extra plus no smoking on property both should be mentioned at booking not one week before. "

"Lovely setting, hotel offered free on demand shuttle up into Whistler village. Alternatively, it’s an easy walk along the well signed valley trail. Bathroom in our room was fabulous. "

The European-inspired design was both elegant and highly functional, emphasizing a "simple yet practical" aesthetic. We were particularly impressed by the high-end amenities; the **Induction cooktop**, **Miele dishwasher**, and premium kitchenware were truly top-notch. The wellness facilities, specifically the **steam room and sauna**, provided an excellent experience. Additionally, the property’s location offers convenient access to beautiful hiking trails and high-quality dining options within the nearby shopping center. While our stay was largely exceptional, there were minor logistical challenges. The **parking instructions** were somewhat unclear, and we encountered a brief issue with the **freezer**. However, the technical support team responded immediately, and the overall room service was outstanding. Evolution remains one of the premier lodging experiences in Canada, and we look forward to returning. "

"Everything was lovely except ladies checking us in were not very friendly. The one girl seemed to be learning and the other lady who came to help her was a bit rude."

"Parking was easy and having passes for our 2 vehicles was great. The host gifts were greatly appreciated. They had some treats and bags for the pooches' deposits as a nice touch as well. Very clean and good location. With it being an above average temperature for May, the A/C was awesome. The kitchen could use a few more tongs (we had a guest with an allergy and needed something to pick up off the grill which would have made it a touch easier)."

"Great location and walkable to restaurants, cafes and grocery store, was very comfortable for our family of 5. The keycode was long but we got it down and the pool and hot tub were great for after the mountain. The pool rules say no kids under 10 in the hot tub, but wasn't enforced thank goodness. We would stay again, ski storage and parking area for getting ready were pretty nice and being able to walk to the Gondola was nice."
