"Our stay was been very good.Staffs were very accommodating and friendly.We did not use any of the facilities except the free shuttle.Bar was nice and affordable. Room was clean except the pillow cases have some smells like used and seems did not change from guest before we checked in. Over all I can rate 9 out of ten! We still can recommend the property."

"The location is what this place has going for it. We did expect a view as depicted in the room pictures and did not get a response when we asked about this. Definitely the first floor in the port building has issues with continuous fan noise, so try to get a place in the starboard building or on the second floor."

"I would strongly recommend this hotel and will stay here again next time I’m in the area. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was clean, luxurious, and, despite being near the airport, quiet. Very close to Capstan Station for easy access to downtown Vancouver."
