"Apartment was modern, clean and very nicely decorated. The host was very nice and helpful (eventhough he was ill in hospital!). Answered all my silly questions and our confusion with the washing machine. (another bonus plus the host's mum provided washing powder as well). Only thing to note - if you are driving down Aturk Blv make sure you turn into the side street just before the furniture store (see second last picture). The apartment is immediately to your left with clear signage. We missed...

"It is a boutique hotel in the town of Uzumlu in a hill near Fethiye. The hotel is very cozy and the staff are great. The breakfast was generous and tasty. A perfect stay if you want to stay near Fethiye but to avoid the heat in summer. Uzumlu is cooler than Fethiye and has less humidity "

"We we're a family of 5 and the villa exceeded our expectations. Villa was clean and spacious inside with a good sized kitchen and comfortable beds The pool iteself is big with amazing views and spacious. If your looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday without distractions then this is the place for you. Metin, the property manager was amazing always at hand to sort out any issues we had, which weren't many. A slight blip was the umbrellas in the pool area were broken, however when we contacted Metin he sorted it out quickly, there was also a slight issue with the washing machine, which again Metin resolved rapidly. You do need a car as the villa is pretty remote, 5 min drive to the main village of Uzumlu and 25 min drive to Fethiye. Transfer from Dalaman airport to the villa is 1 hour 20 mins. We would 100% stay in this villa again."
