Do never travel to this hotel, it was a traumatising experience. The hotel looks completely different in pictures, the staff is very unfriendly and only cares about collecting money, the hotel is not maintained ,the room was broken and they were putting glues on the toilet floor to repair it.The hotel was dirty insects ,everywhere hair in food ,no blankets to cover urself at night imagine,....We told them we need a refund they said not at all you can leave if u want but we will keep the money,we had to stay first night since they didn't refund and all nearby places were fully booked.my kids were crying disgusted to sleep at the dirty bed ,they were traumatise,early next morning we left to fethiye to Letoonia club an amazing hotel 10 out of 10.Before leaving I told them at least refund the remaining nights, they said not possible ( we booked 5 nights)then I told them refund one night they did not accept one night to refund,...I had to pay twice I lost a huge amount but what matters is that our next hotel compensated.Im lucky I had money to go to another hotel but people coming with tight budget will suffer and have the worst nightmare there.Everyone I give u a advice from my heart,don't go there.Trust me u will be traumatised

We went here for our wedding anniversary Hotel it's self was lovely nice adult area, Beach club lovely but isn't for hotels users only it's open to the public, when we went there it was absolutely packed, no sunbeds were available we had to pay 1000lr each to use a private area.

Family friendly nice clean hotel with great food. Though it's missing waterslide for the kids and a beach side bar for the adults. Overall we enjoyed the stay, rest and relaxation.

Nothing

We booked a twin room ( double & double sofa bed ) but got given a double . What is not clear in the description of the hotel that it consists of a main building and a side building . Our room was located in the side building (401-480) some 120 steps up from the pool area , there is no lift so if you have mobility issues you have a problem (we personally didn’t). It was advertised as adults only , this again wasn’t quite correctly described. There are 2 smallish areas that are adults only . 1 area of the garden and 1 pool ( once the life guard is off duty the kids are in). We didn’t let it spoil our stay but these things need to be correctly advertised. The good parts : the buffet was fabulous , you will be hard pressed to not find something that you like . Sports : plenty to choose from. Beach area , plenty of loungers and sea easy to get in/out off as gently sloped . Room was kept spotless
