"Edelstein ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit perfekter Einrichtung. Die Lage mit der Sicht auf die Kieler Förde ist sehr schön, allerdings läuft sehr viel lärmender Autoverkehr am Haus vorbei. Das Bad in der Wohnung Edelstein ist relativ klein und die Dusche ist sehr eng und rutschig. Eine Haltestange in der Dusche wäre hilfreich."

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und freundlich. "Die Wohnung ist im 7.Stock eines Hochhauses mit direkten Blick auf die Marina in Wendtdorf und die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe aus Kiel. Es gibt 2 Fahrstühle im Haus. Nur leider ohne W-Lan. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus und wenn man Glück hat ist auch einer frei. Die Küche ist mit fast allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. In der Marina selbst ist nicht wirklich was los, aber Laboe und andere Ausflugsziele sind gut zu erreichen. Der Barsbäcker und ein Edeka sind nicht weit entfernt."

"Wirklich eine schöne Wohnung, es fehlte an nichts , sehr zentral gelegen, auf dem schönen kleinen Balkon durften wir am Nachmittag/ Abend die Sonne genießen...wir kommen gerne wieder. "The building is impressive with its great lobby (of perhaps faded art deco glamour) of another era. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not modern and fancy, but clean and functional. Room was very comfortable. Kiel is spread out and the hotel is a bit far to walk with luggage, as I discovered, but a straight shot to train station and downtown. The terrace in front of lobby was a nice place to sit to enjoy the breezes and chill (it's Kiel!), at least until smokers claim it as their own. The breakfast area is very nice and the breakfast excellent: I highly recommend the breakfast, on its merits, but especially since there are few restaurants nearby."
