Bei unserer Ankunft stand zu unserer Überraschung eine Flasche Wein, Obst, und etwas Süßes bereit. Nudeln, Milch und Orangensaft waren für eine kleine Stärkung nach der Anreise ebenfalls vorhanden. Haben wir bislang so noch nicht erlebt. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Dies gilt auch für den am Strand befindlichen Strandkorb. Gerne kommen wir im nächsten Jahr wieder. Die Ferienwohnung, mit ihren 47 m², ist sehr gut zugeschnitten und die Einrichtung/Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Lage im fünften Stock des Olympia-Hochhauses ist nicht nachteilig, sondern bietet den besonderen Vorteil der Ruhe und einer unverbauten schönen Aussicht auf den Fuhlensee. Die zwei geräumigen Fahrstühle (sehr schnell, ohne große Wartezeiten) tragen auch zu einem schnellen und komfortablem erreichen der Wohnung bei. Der hauseigene Parkplatz, mit ausreichend Stellplätzen, ist per Schranke gesichert und mit dem Schließanlagen-Schlüssel der FeWo zu erreichen. Da heute ohne WLAN/Internet-Anschluss fasst nichts mehr geht (vor allem bei der jüngeren Generation), ist auch dieser mit einer sehr guten Qualität vorhanden. Auch die Infrastruktur rund um die Ferienwohnung ist bestens aufgestellt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich durch unseren Vermieter begrüßt und über sämtliche Begebenheiten der Wohnung und Umgebung informiert Auch wir möchten, wie unsere vorherigen Gäste, die zusätzlichen Aufmerksamkeiten/Nettigkeiten hervorheben. Es ist nicht selbstverständlich eine solche Vielzahl an Begrüßungsüberraschungen zu erleben (Gute Flasche Wein, Blumenstrauß, Neujahrsglücksklee, frisches Obst, Etagere mit Konfekt und Keksen, Gummibären uvm...). Ein Geburtstagspräsent mit sehr lieben Geburtstagsgrüßen wurde, zur Überraschung meiner Frau, im Nachttisch deponiert – Sehr nette Überraschung- Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und verfügt über keinerlei Renovierungsrückstau. Wer sich für Kiel und seine Umgebung als Urlaubsregion entschieden hat, weiß mit Sicherheit das mit einem Zirkelschlag von max. 150 km Ausflugsziele wie: Nord-Ostsee Kanal, Hamburg, Lübeck, Flensburg, Glücksburg, Eckernförde, Wismar, Fehmarn, nordfriesische Inseln usw. zu erreichen sind. Es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht und noch vieles mehr - wir haben sogar zweimal Donuts mit dem Donutmaker gemacht! Strandkorb, Strandmuschel, Kinderbesteck, Kinderstühle, Spielzeug, Kinderhandtücher... die Liste würde kein Ende finden. Der Empfand durch Frau Biller war sehr herzlich. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll. Besonders gelobt wurde (wenn auch nicht genutzt), dass es viel Material für Kinder gibt. Bücher, Spiele, Stifte etc. Toll, dass ein Strandkorb zum Appartement gehört. Prima auch, dass es Fahrräder gibt, zwei davon E-Bikes. (Kostenlose Benutzung.) Der zugehörige Parkplatz war für uns nicht interessant, dürfte aber für andere Reisende wichtig sein. Als angenehm wurde auch der Balkon mit den Sesseln empfunden. Der hat zwar keinen Blick zum Hafen, wird dafür aber vom Nachmittag an bis in den späten Abend von der Sonne beschienen. Die Ausstattung wurde als sehr komplett gelobt. Besonders hervorgehoben wurden die Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung sowie die frischen Erdbeeren. Das Haus selbst ist sehr ruhig und um das Haus herum gibt es keinen Lärm. Auch das trägt zur Erholung bei. Meine Freunde haben sich in der Segelyachten-Perle sehr wohl gefühlt.
