"Friendly staff, some decent amenities, clean room"

"The parking was really easy and free! It was very easy to communicate with our hosts and they responded to everything we needed. It was a comfortable room and quiet. I wish our room hadn't been right outside the coffee making machine but it ended up that there was plenty of privacy. The location was perfect. "

"The staff was efficient and pleasant, and I appreciated the location. The bed was comfortable and the shower easy to use, with good water pressure. The shade darkened the room effectively. The coffee maker worked well and had a nice selection. There was a QR code to tip the hotel staff without needing cash--brilliant! My concerns were that the room design was fun, but not functional, and many amenities didn't work as well as at other hotels in this price range. There was lots of lighting in the bathroom area but pretty much none in the bedroom area, so it was difficult to work in the evening or read in bed. The heating was responsive but very loud and woke me several times during the night (I'll add I'm a light sleeper). There was no towel hook near the sink, there were no hangers for pants, the steamer and hairdryer had problems, and there was only one garbage can (in the bathroom, not near the fridge and coffee makers). Some wallpaper was peeling a bit, and some paint was chipped. The stay was fine, but I was disappointed."

"This property was absolutely gorgeous and such a welcome alternative to a traditional hotel. The room was clean with inviting decor and cozy ambiance. Other than the occasional charming creaks of the wooden floors, we would have thought we were the only guests. We were given a door access code prior to arrival that allowed entry to the two main property entrances as well as our room which eliminated a formal check-in/out process. I would definitely recommend this property as a place for a memorable stay! "

"Room was clean and nice. Had a fun time in the pool. Breakfast was really crowded and the line to the waffle machine was long, so we didn't eat there in the morning. It was St Patricks Day week and Spring Break, so probably busier than usual. We enjoyed the area and stay."

"This place was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the sofa bed was. The sheets are so soft and everything was very clean. It was stocked with all the basic cooking supplies and even had coffee, and many different teas. Tess was easy to communicate with and so nice. Even the neighbors waved and said hi. It is a great neighborhood. We walked to the Toys and Miniature museum which was so fun to see. The porch was a great way to spend the evening."
