A short bus/taxi ride will take you into town where you'll find all of Bath's celebrated cultural, historical and sporting attractions, as well as fabulous shops, and plenty of bars and restaurants to unwind in. Surrounded by tranquil countryside, this location is ideal to explore the best of both worlds, with neighboring picturesque villages and the stunning "Bath Skyline" walk is close by to enjoy. The space The Cottage is situated in the garden of the main house, and has its own private entrance and gated parking area at the back. The beautifully presented interior is light and modern. There is an open plan living space with dining area and a fully equipped, fitted kitchen. The bedroom has a comfortable super king zip and link bed , therefore can be made into a twin on request, and there is also a sofa bed in the living room for up to 2 additional guest (an additional charge of £15 for the linen will be applied). The cottage has a shower room, no bath. Outside, there is a small courtyard where you can sit and relax after a busy day exploring. This cottage is a true gem, the perfect base to relax in with friends or family during your visit to beautiful Bath. Other things to note Please make sure double gates to the property are closed at all times Additional rules \- Please ensure double gates to entrance are shut at all times \-Extra guests are not allowed \- No Parties \- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm. \- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible \- This is our home in Bath, please care for it as such \- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
