We do not recommend staying here. The main reason is the poor quality of the matresses. We stayed for one week and after 2 nights my hip was so sore that I arranged 3 pillows under me on the bed so I could sleep on them (double bed in the main bedroom). My daughter and granddaughter slept on the twin beds in the other bedroom and said that they were extremely uncomfortable as well. Another problem was no mention about the 6 flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms and bathroom - 3 flights to the front door and, once you enter, another flight to the kitchen and living room and, finally, 2 more flights to the bedrooms and bathroom. The final straw happened the night before we left. We decided to wash all our clothes in the combination washer/dryer. The cycle takes about 3 hours so we planned on packing our clothes in the morning before we left. Our driver was picking us up at 8:00am. My daughter got up at 6:30 to get the clothes out of the machine and the door would not open! She tried everything including downloading the machine's manual. Finally, after over 30 minutes, she found something on Reddit that suggested she could "fool" the machine into opening the door by putting it on the spin cycle for 15 minutes. When the door finally opened - the clothes were wet! That morning we had no time for breakfast and packed our wet clothes in our luggage and said an unhappy good-bye to Bath. After an earlier urgent email to the owner, we heard back from her half-way to London.
