"Did not get room that paid for. Room that we were given had dirty carpet dirty and not been vaccumed. Room had broken room window held open (heat wave in England) with piece of wood. Breakfast limited. No yogurt or fruit. Given butter for toast from a container in the kitchen and it was full of other people's crumbs and unidentified food. "Great place and would definitely use again as it’s very centrally located. Facilities were clean and easy to use and bed and sofa was comfy. Area is quiet aswell, parking was a 5 minute walk away round the corner and was free 6pm to 8am. "
