The location was very walkable, and the local flavor of the people was very energetic. The owners were friendly and helpful to my needs. They went out of their way to prepare a meal for me after their scheduled lunch time. The room was very accommodating and clean. The only problem was access to the location—the stairs were not fun with heavy luggage.

Excellent hospitality. My only problem was the climbing of the stairs and this is because I have a problem with mobility. Staff are excellent hosts. Nice breakfast too.

First, the staff is very kind and friendly, and they were responsive to our concerns and the problems with the rooms we booked. The problem is that there were more problems than there should have been. The rooms are in desperate need of renovations, the toilets need fixing, the bathroom fixtures need to be put in the rooms or repaired, the hot water needs to be consistent, and the rusted fridges need replacing. Everything is third hand and broken, missing parts, rusted, or in some form of disuse. They were fixing items when we arrived, and clearly didn’t finish so there was an almost daily request for a fix. The sense we got was that the owners felt “it’s good enough/it turns on” is the standard. They’re doing the repair work and renovations themselves rather than hiring professionals. Towel service was provided but there’s a one towel set per bed in room mindset. One towel set for a room with a queen bed; two towels for a room with two twin beds? We couldn’t figure out the reasoning behind this (because wouldn’t couples be in a queen bed room and why would they want to share a bath towel and washcloth?). It got a bit tedious but we had to continually remind them that there were two people in the queen bed room (which should have been obvious every time the housekeeper removed two sets of used towels). The dining room and veranda are lovely, inviting, and comfortable. It’s a walk up to the Inn (stairs and no elevator) so be prepared to lug your suitcases yourself.

We missed cruise ship in Fort Lauderdale and wanted a place to stay close to cruise ship. This was it and price was really good. Room was clean and staff were very friendly. KFC downstairs VERY busy. So we went about a block across the street to large outdoor food court which was not that busy. Ideal for short stays. Otherwise would have gone to more resortish area.

Worst ever
Worst every flight was cancelled the first night i was to stay so did not make it. Called left message tjat i would be in the next day but would check in late. Got to the inn it was closed had to make other arrangements. Left three vm no return call. Will be telling everyone.

My TV didn't work for 4 nights. Room needed to be better kept, exposed pipes, Shower head had limescale, there was mildew in Shower and the phone in room didn't work. Wasn't totally bad, but could have been better kept.

Comfortable Stay
The location is good being near the cruise port and facilities. Also buses and ferries are nearby. The room was comfortable and the manager was friendly and helpful

Sea View Inn
The room was tidy clean and pleasant but from the information provided about the accommodation that guests were expected to haul luggage up a steep flight of stairs to access Sea View Inn after a very tiring journey also this accommodation isn't disability friendly and if it is not already in the booking detail should be noted.

My 2 friends and myself stayed at Seaview so we could participate in St. Kitts Carnival. Not knowing that our location was actually on the street of the parade and walking distance to everything you would need on this vacation. And mau i add not expecting to receive the most welcoming service we ever received. Seaview staff made us feel at home. WE WILL BE BACK! Shout out to the best staff ever!
