"Good location. Reception is top floor which wasn’t terribly convenient. Have to pre book parking. I tried but got no response and ended up parked on the street 500m away. Weird spacecraft-style door to the equally strange bathroom and door wouldn’t close properly. Air con didn’t work but they brought us a fan. Can’t get to a bathroom on arrival without key access to a ‘public’ area so if you’ve travelled far stop at services or use airport bathrooms! Bed quite comfy. Breakfast good. Nice views. Nice area to relax and look out from 9th floor at the city. On reflection our overall 4 stars is generous."

"Notre chambre était très propre comme le reste des lieux , emplacement nikel mais nous avons eu une chambre bruyante et sous les combles , pas de hauteur pour ne pas se cogner la tête... près de l'ascenseur et surtout le groupe de ventilation extérieur sous la fenêtre à 5h du matin. Dommage"

"This was a lovely little hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a lovely view from the balcony of our room. Breakfast was good. The hotel doesn't do evening meals but it was only a short walk into Ascain where there were plenty of bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, would recommend and would return again when in the area"
