Hotel signage limited. No indication of where to park on the multi storey. No lights upon entry to hotel. Reception not on ground floor. Squeaky bed linen - assuming they were waterproof sheets. Other than that, the room was great, clean and the staff were very attentive. We asked for food after the restaurant had closed. We had a choice of two Pizzas which were cooked by the incredibly helpful, but busy receptionist.

Amazing rooms!
HUGE room sizes for Europe. They have special area in the rooms for your luggage. 10/10, 5 stars, the best hotel we’ve stayed in in Europe that was not a luxury hotel.

I stayed here last year and had a 10/10 experience. This year I returned and unfortunately this time I wasn't that satisfied. Reception wasn't really friendly as I normally expect in hospitality. The room was okay.. I found a few hair in my bed.. Not sure if the sheets were changed. Also some hair in the bathroom. The couch was very old and full of stains. Didn't want to sit on it as it looked quite rough. Probably won't return again.

Recontruction og main elevator
Fine hotel om 4th to 6st floor. Because of the reconstruction of main elevator difficult to find. I had to ask my way to find backstairs and elevator. The hotel had only a small note at the door about fiding the backstairs.

Hotel is in a lovely, almost riverfront spot (great views). Staff friendly. But both elevators were non-functioning snd the hotel is on 6th floor. Staff were incapable of telling us how to get access with luggage. Luckily a security guard saw us and helped us find a way.

Terrible experience. Road was blocked and there was no access to the hotel by car. We had to book another room at Airport-Hotel. Complete loss.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Best Western hotel. I requested gluten free breakfast/breads and we're pleasantly surprised that GF breads were already prepared before we turned up. We definitely recommend this hotel, many thanks for all the services provided. The staffs are very helpful and courteous. I also like the Marktkauf within the Rhein centre where there are large selection of gluten-free breads, snacks/biscuits etc.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service! Really great place to stay. Clean and spacious rooms, modern bathrooms, small kitchen is bonus . The view from our window was spectacular. Seeing the three countries bridge and the river every morning was amazing. We stayed 11 days and would choose the same hotel again when we stay in the city. Thank you for your service!
