"The bedding could have been cleaner, there were some stains on the silk and dust across the tv unit area. The hotel WiFi kept losing connection. The restaurant area, could have been dusted down before we were seated. The glass roof and doors had stains and bird poop which is not pleasant to see especially when you are eating. Staff were friendly but the overall maintenance could have been a lot better and cleaner."

"The accommodation was clean and well presented. The continental breakfast was as good as any hotel and actually surpassed what is normally provided by a hotel. Our only gripes were the following:- The light outside our room was so bright when a car drove past that it woke us up during the night. Bearing in mind how hot the weather has been, a light weight quilt would have been a good idea, the ones on our bed were a bit too heavy. All in all, our stay was beyond expectation Thank you mick"

"Excellent Staff, and excellent breakfast! Clean room, plenty of amenities. Including a fan. 5* rating would have been given if there was more parking, it was full before I arrived, also the bed wasn't overly comfortable. But value for money overall 100%"

"The owner Neville was very welcoming and he was a lovely man. Gave me a bigger room due to the heatwave and I was there for work purposes. Showed me around the facilities. The bar was very nicely done out and the gym is fabulous."

"An "odd" but enjoyable stay. The reception was not manned but a sign gave a phone number to call and a member of staff quickly arrived. The bar and other areas of the hotel are closed off , hence me saying odd. The bedrooms are spacious, clean, look relatively new and comfortable. Breakfast was great, very well presented, tasty and a good size. If you can get over the "odd" nature then this is a good place to stay and very reasonable."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Honey Pod. Communication and instructions before arrival were wonderful and made everything so easy. The space itself is compact but has everything you need — a cozy kitchen/lounge area, comfortable bedroom, and clean bathroom. The wood burner hot tub in the garden was such a treat, perfect for relaxing under the stars. It’s beautifully secluded and feels like you’re tucked away in the middle of nowhere — peaceful, quiet, and magical. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and escape! "
